Over a decade of experience, Nathan has delivered individualised fitness and strength & conditioning programs with a diverse range of youth. Nathan has worked with athletes from many different sports within junior to professional levels. Nathan has represented many different organisations, schools, private practices and professional sporting clubs.
Nathan specialises in Youth Long Term Athletic Development and designs programs that are age appropriate to improve strength, power, speed, agility and explosiveness for optimal health and sporting performance.
Nathan also has a genuine passion in educating and mentoring the next generation of personal trainers, exercise scientists and coaches.
