Our expert coaching is available face to face and remotely to maximise training opportunities.
We create structured curriculums that teach athletes how to run, jump, land and change direction efficiently, whilst also how to perform strength based movements safely and correctly. All helping reduce injury risk and improve performance outcomes. These curriculums can be integrated into PE classes, team sessions, holiday programs or academies
We utilise the latest cutting-edge AI technology, to generate detailed biomechanical models capturing the complexity of athlete movement in a natural environment. This enables deeper understanding of how our athletes move, highlighting areas for improvement while minimising risk of injury.
