For over a decade, our Director & Owner - Nathan Palenkas has provided professional level fitness support for thousands of dedicated youth to reach peak physical fitness and performance.
Nathan's journey began with his own struggles as a teenager. Lacking the right guidance and support, he faced challenges with weight and fitness, turning to unstructured, unsupervised bodybuilding routines in search of a solution. He quickly realised the gap in specialised training and mentorship for young people like him. Now, driven by his own experience, Nathan is dedicated to filling that gap by providing youth with the correct guidance, safe training practices, and a supportive environment to improve their health, fitness, and sports performance.
Over a decade, Nathan has delivered individualised fitness and strength & conditioning programs with a diverse range of youth. Nathan has worked with athletes from many different sports within junior to professional levels. Nathan has represented many different organisations, schools, private practices and professional sporting clubs.
Nathan specialises in Youth Long Term Athletic Development and designs programs that are age appropriate to improve strength, power, speed, agility and explosiveness for optimal health and sporting performance.
Nathan also has a genuine passion in educating and mentoring the next generation of personal trainers, exercise scientists and coaches.
